Everything buyers typically ask before their first order. If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp and we will answer right away.
Send us the product name, the quantity, and where it needs to be delivered — on WhatsApp or through the contact form. We come back with a landed price and how we would handle it. You approve, and we take it from there.
Product name or description, approximate quantity, and the destination — city or district in Bhutan, or delivery point in India. The more detail you give on the product (spec, grade, brand if relevant), the more accurate the quote will be.
A landed price is a single number that covers the product cost, freight, customs duties, clearance fees, and delivery to your location. You do not receive separate invoices from multiple parties. One price, one invoice, one company.
There is no fixed minimum. Consolidated (LCL) shipments are cost-effective from around one pallet upward. For very small quantities, courier is often the right option. Tell us what you need and we will tell you the most practical way to move it.
Yes. We manage export documentation from the India side and import clearance into Bhutan, including all permits, certificates and border formalities. You do not need to deal with customs separately — that is our job.
Full container loads (FCL), less-than-container consolidation (LCL), road freight, and courier or air for smaller or urgent shipments. The right mode depends on volume, product and timeline. We advise on what makes sense for each order.
For goods in stock with suppliers across India, a typical order takes 7–14 days from approval to delivery at the border, plus onward delivery time inside Bhutan. International sourcing takes longer. We give an estimated timeline with every quote.
Yes. We coordinate last-mile delivery to your store, site or warehouse inside Bhutan. Tell us the drop point when you place the order and we include it in the logistics plan and the landed price.
Yes. When a product is not available through our India network, we source it internationally — including from China and other markets we have worked with directly for years. We handle the import into India and then forward it across the border.
We provide all export documentation from the India side — packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates where required (such as phytosanitary certificates for food and agricultural goods). We coordinate import documentation on the Bhutan side as well.
Yes. We hold an Import Export Code (IEC) registered with DGFT, are GST-registered, and are registered as an MSME under the Udyam framework. Our exports are IEC-backed and compliant from origin.
We stay with the consignment until it is delivered. If there is a hold at the border, a documentation issue, or a problem with the supplier, we manage it. You have one point of contact throughout — not a call centre, not a relay chain.
